About Latter Rain Ministries
Our Name
We chose the name "Latter Rain" because we believe we are experiencing, in measure, what Joel prophesied in Joel 2:23; Hosea 6:3; and Zechariah 10:1.
Our Purpose
LRM is an interdenominational, charismatic missionary organization, existing for the sole purpose of propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ around the world and building, equipping, and encouraging His body, the Church.
Our Statement of Faith
- We believe the Bible is the inspired and only
infallible and authoritative written Word of God.
- We believe there is one God, eternally existent in
three persons, God the Father, God the Son, and God the
Holy Ghost.
- We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in
His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles,
in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily
resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the
Father, in His personal future return to this earth in
power and glory to rule a thousand years.
- We believe in the Blessed Hope - the rapture of the
Church at Christ's coming.
- We believe the only means of being cleansed from sin
is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of
Christ.
- We believe regeneration by the Holy Spirit is
absolutely essential for personal salvation.
- We believe the redemptive work of Christ on the cross
provides healing of the human body in answer to believing
prayer.
- We believe the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according
to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
- We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy
Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to
live a Holy life.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and
the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to
everlasting damnation.
- We believe that Jesus Christ came to give abundant
life. It is His will that his followers learn to live
victorious lives on this earth.
Our Director
Gwen Moffat Davis is a graduate of Oral Roberts University, Trinity Bible College, and Christ for the Nations Institute. She has been involved in the ministry since 1970 and has traveled to over 50 nations. She was ordained by New Wine Fellowship in Lincoln, IL and is also ordained through Latter Rain Ministries, Inc. Her ministry is approved and recommended by Christ for the Nations, Dallas, TX

Laura Templeton
Laura graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 1977 and Christian International School of Theology in 1995 with a theological degree. She served 7 years at a church in Scotland, before coming to LRM in 1989. Laura has served as the ICMI director in the USA and has directed schools in three African nations. Presently laura is the academic dean for ICMI USA and continues to conduct schools in Mozambique. She is ordained through Living Stones Church and Latter Rain Ministries.

Angela Baker
Angela overseas the children's ministry library and LRM main library. She is also traveling missionary. Angela is a graduate of Illinois Central College with an associates degree in applied science and a degree in child development. She is also a graduate of Christian International School of Theology with a bachelor of theology degree.

Rose Hayden
Rose ministered as an intercessor for LRM many years before joining the LRM staff in 1997. Presently she serves in the office. She has led teams to Egypt, Ethiopia and the Sudan. Rose has also taken prayer teams to France, Washington DC, and other places. She has taken vows with End-Time Handmaidens.

Donna Kazenske
Donna is part-time LRM consultant. She has earned an associate degree in Christian studies and a bachelor degree in Church Ministry. She is the Founder/Director of Sure Word Ministries, Inc. Donna is ordained through Latter Rain Ministries, and is also on the Pastoral team at All Nations Worship Center. Alma Bermejo
Alma graduated from three levels of training in the International Children’s Ministry Institute 1998-2000. She has traveled and ministered in several nations in five continents. She has been ordained with Latter Rain Ministries and represents our vision for children in the nations. In 2004 and 2005 she taught the main Children’s Ministry class at our USA International Children’s Ministry Institute. She has translated our entire Children’s Ministry Manual into Spanish, adding her own lessons with great skill. Before dedicating her life for the work of the ministry, she was a trained school teacher and a successful business woman, with training in advertising. She is very dedicated to holiness and deeply respects the operations of Holy Spirit. She has a clear vision and mandate to train teachers of children, minister to children, and train children in the work of the ministry.

Rick Arnold
Rick graduated from all three years of International Children's Ministry Institute. He directed the Russia ICMI in 2000, 2001 and co-directed India ICMI in Tura in 2001 with his wife Maria. He is currently in training to be the ICMI diretor in the USA. Rick started Latter Rain's summer outreach program in 2000. After turning the program over to Matt Houser in 2006, Rick and his family moved to India to establsh a permant ICMI base there. He is ordained through Latter Rain Ministries. www.ricksspace.net

Maria Arnold
Maria graduated from the second year of International Children's Ministry Institute, She has assisted with seven overseas ICMI's in Africa, India and Russia. Maria has served with the LRM staff since 1997, and became Mrs. Rick Arnold in May of 2000. She is ordained through Latter Rain Ministries.

Margo Hoyle
Margo is a graduate from Greenville College with a B.S. in Elementary Education. She serves as LRM office assistant.

Matt is an ICMI Graduate. He serves in the office and also directs the Love in Action outreach training program.

Merari is an ICMI graduate. She works in the office and also helps her husband Matt direct the Love in Action outreach training Program. Both her and Matt also travel and minister overseas.

Michelle Osborne
Michelle serves as LRM's bookkeeper.
Elizabeth Seaman
Elizabeth is a graduate from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. She is also a third year graduate of ICMI She serves in the housekeeping department at LRM and has a gift for writing children's songs.

Don Tucker
Don is a retired engineer. He is assisting the Arnolds with the ICMI base in india. There he is working to organize, strengthen, and encourage the children's ministry libraries that LRM has helped to establish.
